B LONG TABLET contains pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), which belongs to the group of medicines called Vitamin derivatives. It is used to manage low levels of vitamin B6 levels in the blood. B LONG TABLET is also used to manage idiopathic sideroblastic anemia (a disease in which the bone marrow is not able to produce normal red blood cells) which causes weakness, fatigue, breathing difficulties, and enlargement of the liver and spleen. Additionally, B LONG TABLET is used for the management of peripheral neuritis caused by isoniazid (medicine given for tuberculosis). Peripheral neuritis is a disease that occurs due to nerve damage that results in pain and numbness, especially in hands and feet.
