Introduction About BAGA NT TABLET

BAGA NT TABLET is a combination of Gabapentin and Nortriptyline which belongs to the group of medicines called Anticonvulsant and Antidepressants respectively. BAGA NT TABLET is used to manage neuropathic pain in adults. Neuropathic pain is caused due to damage to the sensory nerves usually due to chronic progressive nerve disease, infection, or injury. The pain could be occasional or continuous, which is thought of as a prickling, stabbing, tingling, or burning sensation.

Avoid consumption of alcohol while taking BAGA NT TABLET as it may lead to more dizziness. If you have self-harming thoughts, contact your physician or go to the hospital straight away. BAGA NT TABLET is not recommended to use if you had a recent heart attack or heartbeat disorder, heart block, or coronary artery disease. Consult your doctor before taking.

BAGA NT TABLET should not be used among women who are pregnant or breastfeeding mothers. BAGA NT TABLET is not recommended for use in children and adolescents (below 18 years of age). It should be used with caution in elderly patients (above 65 years of age). How BAGA NT TABLET Works

BAGA NT TABLET is a combination of Gabapentin and Nortriptyline. Gabapentin works by binding to the specific site on voltage-gated calcium channels, which in turn helps in relieving nerve pain. Nortriptyline works by increasing the levels of chemical messengers (serotonin and noradrenaline) that stop the movement of signals of pain in the brain. Together Gabapentin and Nortriptyline relieve neuropathic pain (pain from damaged nerves).
