Crocin DS 240 Suspension Mixed Fruit Flavour is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicine used in children to relieve pain caused by teething, immunisation, ear ache, headache, cold and flu symptoms. It contains paracetamol as an active ingredient that helps relieve pain and lower body temperature.
Paracetamol reduces pain and fever by blocking the effects of prostaglandin (substance produced during injury and inflammation causing pain and increasing the body temperature) and blocks the pain signals between the brain and nerve endings.
Always give Crocin DS 240 Suspension Mixed Fruit Flavour to your child as advised by your physician. The usual dose of this medicine depends on the child’s age and body weight. Inform your doctor if your child has kidney or liver problem, severe infection, or is malnourished or underweight.
