Introduction About DICLOSAID F TABLET

DICLOSAID F TABLET is a combination of Diclofenac and Famotidine which belongs to the group of medicines called Non-steroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs and H2-Receptor Antagonists respectively. It is used to relieve pain and inflammation in conditions affecting the joints (rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis), muscles (back, shoulder) and tendons (tendonitis, tenosynovitis and bursitis) by reducing the risk of stomach ulcer (due to the use of pain killer).

DICLOSAID F TABLET should be taken with caution in patients with lung diseases, ulcerative colitis, crohn’s disease, porphyria, bleeding disorders, diabetes, systemic lupus erythematosus, planned for surgery of the stomach or intestine, history of blood clots, high blood pressure, raised cholesterol or triglycerides, the possibility of a malignant tumor in the stomach or history of a smoking habit.
