HOW HEMFER INJECTION WORKS
HEMFER INJECTION works by replenishing iron stores in the body which helps in the synthesis of red blood cells thus managing iron deficiency in affected individuals.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
HEMFER INJECTION will be given to you only by a doctor or a nurse into a vein as an intravenous injection/infusion or into the venous line of dialysis machines in dialysis patient. Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration for you depending upon your age, body weight and disease condition.
SIDE EFFECTS OF HEMFER INJECTION
COMMON
- changes in taste such as metallic taste
- low or high blood pressure
- nausea
- pain, irritation, itching, haematoma (clotted blood), and/or discolouration at the injection site followed by leakage of injection into the skin
UNCOMMON
- headache/dizziness
- stomach pain, diarrhoea, vomiting, constipation
- wheezing / difficulty in breathing
- itching, rash
