It helps remove excess salt and water from the body, reducing swelling and fluid overload.

Take Lasilactone 50 Tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor, preferably with breakfast and/or lunch along with a full glass of water. Avoid taking it in the evening to prevent nighttime urination. For the best results, take the medicine at the same time every day and do not stop on your own, even if you start feeling better.

Continue to follow your doctor’s advice about dietary salt and fluid intake. In conditions like hypertension or heart failure, your doctor may recommend limiting salt, avoiding alcohol, and maintaining a healthy weight. The most common side effects of Lasilactone 50 Tablet include electrolyte disturbances, hyponatremia (low sodium level in blood), dehydration, and hypovolemia (decreased blood volume). Do not take Lasilactone 50 Tablet if you have kidney failure, severe liver disease (hepatic encephalopathy), high potassium levels, or low sodium levels, or if you are dehydrated.
