Introduction About SOFRAMYCIN SKIN CREAM

SOFRAMYCIN SKIN CREAM is a multi-purpose antiseptic cream used in the management of bacterial skin infections. It also helps in accelerating the healing of minor cuts, wounds, acne, burns and boils. It contains a medicine called Framycetin, a powerful antibacterial agent which kills the bacteria that causes skin infections and protected burned or wounded skin from further infections.

Clean and dry the affected area. Apply a thin layer of SOFRAMYCIN SKIN CREAM to the affected skin areas. You can cover the area with a clean bandage or dressing, if advised by your doctor. Usually, it is applied 2-3 times a day, or as prescribed by your doctor

Before applying this medicine, inform your doctor if you have any skin inflammation, pregnant or breastfeeding as a precaution.

How SOFRAMYCIN SKIN CREAM Works

SOFRAMYCIN SKIN CREAM contains a medicine called Framycetin which is a powerful topical antibacterial agent that starts to act within less than 1 minute. It works by killing bacteria on the skin. When applied to the skin, it stops bacteria from growing by interfering with their ability to make essential proteins. This helps prevent the spread of infection and promotes healing of skin wounds or infections.

Studies have shown that, framycetin effectively kills majority of the infection causing germs within a short period, adding value to faster recovery from skin conditions.

How to use SOFRAMYCIN SKIN CREAM:

Gently clean and dry the affected area before applying the medicine

Apply a thin layer of SOFRAMYCIN SKIN CREAM to the affected skin areas

You can cover the area with a clean bandage or dressing, if needed, unless directed otherwise by a doctor

Usually, it is applied 2-3 times a day, or as prescribed by your doctor

Be careful not to get the cream in your eyes or mouth. If this happens, rinse thoroughly with water
