INTRODUCTION ABOUT SOLACID SUSPENSION
Solacid Suspension is an antacid and antiflatulent medicine used for the relief of symptoms of acidity, gas, indigestion, heart burn, stomach upset, belching, bloating, stomach or intestinal discomfort. It contains dried aluminium hydroxide, magnesium trisilicate, magnesium hydroxide and simethicone as active ingredients.
Magnesium Trisilicate, Magnesium hydroxide and Aluminium hydroxide are antacids and work by neutralising the stomach acid and Simethicone is an anti-gas agent works by breaking down gas bubbles, thereby allowing the exit of the gas.
Take Solacid Suspension as advised by the doctor. Shake well before use. Take 1 to 2 teaspoonful (5 to 10ml) after each meal or whenever required.
