Introduction About VERIFICA DM FORTE TABLET
VERIFICA DM FORTE TABLET is a combination of Dapagliflozin, metformin, and vildagliptin, which belongs to a group of medicines called Antidiabetic agents. It is used as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Along with management, follow a regular exercise and diet plan as advised by the doctor to achieve better results.
Dapagliflozin increases urinary glucose excretion and reduces blood glucose levels. Metformin works to control blood sugar by helping insulin, naturally produced by your body, decrease the amount of sugar your liver makes and also decrease the amount of sugar your intestines absorb. Vildagliptin is a potent and selective dipeptidylpeptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitor that improves glycemic control. Vildagliptin inhibition of DPP-4 results in increased fasting and postprandial endogenous levels of the incretin hormones GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide 1) and GIP (glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide).
VERIFICA DM FORTE TABLET is not recommended if you have type 1 diabetes, diabetic ketoacidosis, acute or chronic metabolic acidosis, a history of lactic acidosis, or severe dehydration. Before taking it, inform your doctor if you are scheduled for surgery, x-ray or scanning procedures, or vitamin B12 or folic acid deficiency. VERIFICA DM FORTE TABLET is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women. The safety and effectiveness of VERIFICA DM FORTE TABLET in children and adolescents have not been established.
When taking VERIFICA DM FORTE TABLET, alcohol consumption is not recommended. The most common side effects of taking VERIFICA DM FORTE TABLET are low sugar levels, painful urination, repetitive urination, inflammation of the penis (in men), and allergic reactions. Contact your doctor if any of the above side effects worsen or persist for a longer duration.

VERIFICA DM FORTE TABLET is a combination of dapagliflozin, metformin, and vildagliptin, which helps to lower blood glucose levels. Dapagliflozin works by inhibiting the reabsorption of glucose in the kidneys, causing excess glucose to be excreted through urine. By lowering blood glucose levels, dapagliflozin helps to improve glycemic control in patients with type 2 diabetes. How to use VERIFICA DM FORTE TABLET
Take VERIFICA DM FORTE TABLET as advised by your physician. Swallow VERIFICA DM FORTE TABLET with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the medicine. Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration for you depending on your age, body weight, and disease condition. Do not stop taking VERIFICA DM FORTE TABLET without informing your doctor.
Side Effects Of VERIFICA DM FORTE TABLET

How To Manage Side Effects
