INTRODUCTION ABOUT ALASPAN AM TABLET
Alaspan
AM Tablet is an anti-allergic medicine used to provide relief from wet
cough, sneezing, itchy or watery eyes, running nose, itchy nose, or
throat. It contains Loratadine and Ambroxol Hydrochloride as active
ingredients.
Ambroxol is a mucolytic which thins and loosens
mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Loratadine is an
antiallergic that manages runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing.
Always
take Alaspan AM Tablet exactly as advised by your doctor. Swallow
Alaspan AM Tablet with a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended
dosages.
