INTRODUCTION ABOUT CANDID TV SUSPENSION

Candid TV Suspension is an anti-dandruff suspension used to effectively manage dandruff and tinea versicolor. It contains clotrimazole and selenium as active ingredients which shows antifungal activity.

Clotrimazole kills the affecting fungi by acting against dividing and growing organisms. Selenium appears to have a cytostatic (cell growth inhibition) effect on cells of the epidermis and follicular epithelium, thus reducing corneocyte production.

Use Candid TV Suspension as advised by the doctor. Care should be taken to manage any contact with the eyes. It is not recommended to be used by children and pregnant women.

SAFETY ADVICE

Use Candid TV Suspension exactly as advised by the doctor

It is only for external use

For Dandruff: Wash and clean hair properly before application. Massage sufficient quantity of the suspension to form lather. Rince for 5 minutes, repeat application and wash thoroughly. Initially, use twice daily or as directed by the doctor

For Tinea Versicolor: Apply to the affected area and allow to remain as directed by the doctor

Avoid contact with eyes and inflamed skin

Remove hairgrips, rings and jewellery before application

Do not use immediately after bleaching, tinting or permanent waving of hair

Do not use Candid TV Suspension if you are allergic to any of its ingredients

Inform your doctor about all the medicines that you use, including prescription, over-the-counter medications and herbal supplements
