Cipmido 2.5mg Tablet is used to treat low blood pressure (hypotension). It is used in patients who experience dizziness due to low blood pressure while standing up suddenly from a sitting or lying position. This medicine causes tightening of blood vessels and results in an elevation of your blood pressure.

Cipmido 2.5mg Tablet can be taken with or without food. This medicine is taken during daytime hours when people stand most often. However, it should not be taken if you are going to lie down for a long time after a dose. Headache, blurred vision, nausea, heartburn and difficulty in urination may be seen as side effects in some patients.

Cipmido 2.5mg Tablet is used in adults to relieve low blood pressure, which may occur due to a sudden change in posture from lying to sitting or standing up (orthostatic hypotension), during an operation, or after an injury. It therefore prevents any sudden fall or even serious complications that might have otherwise followed due to low blood pressure.

How to use Cipmido Tablet

How Cipmido Tablet works

Cipmido 2.5mg Tablet is an alpha-adrenergic agonist. It works by activating specific receptors on blood vessels. This causes the blood vessels to tighten, which increases blood pressure.

What if you forget to take Cipmido Tablet?

If you miss a dose of Cipmido 2.5mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
