Introduction About GALVUS MET 50/500MG TABLET
Galvus Met 50/500mg Tablet 15’S contains a combination of Vildagliptin and Metformin, two effective medicines for controlling blood sugar levels in Type 2 Diabetes patients. It is prescribed alongside diet and exercise to help manage your diabetes effectively. Clinical studies have shown that, metformin (one of the active ingredients in Galvus met) may also contribute to weight loss when taken by diabetic patients.
Take Galvus Met exactly as advised by your doctor. Swallow the medicine with a glass of water, preferably with meals to avoid stomach irritation. Take the medicine at the same time each day to maintain optimum levels of medicine in your blood. Also, taking it at the same time may help you remember taking it.
Before taking Galvus Met Tablet, inform your doctor if you have any kidney or liver problems. You must also inform your doctor before starting therapy with Galvus Met, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding as a precaution.
