HOW LAMBIN LYOPHILISED 50 MG INJECTION WORKS
LAMBIN LYOPHILISED 50 MG INJECTION binds to ergosterol (steroid present on the cell membranes of fungi) which leads to the formation of pores and ion leakage on the cell membrane resulting in fungal cell death thus managing invasive fungal infections in affected individuals.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
LAMBIN LYOPHILISED 50 MG INJECTION will be given to you only by a doctor or a nurse into a vein as an intravenous infusion. Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration for you depending upon your age, body weight and disease condition.

PREGNANCY

DRIVING AND USING MACHINES

KIDNEY
LAMBIN LYOPHILISED 50 MG INJECTION should be administered with caution in patients with kidney disease and in patients who are under dialysis. Â Consult your doctor before receiving the medicine.
LIVER
LAMBIN LYOPHILISED 50 MG INJECTION should be administered with caution in patients with hepatic impairment, and/or other liver disease. Consult your doctor before receiving LAMBIN LYOPHILISED 50 MG INJECTION.
ALLERGY
Do not receive LAMBIN LYOPHILISED 50 MG INJECTION if you are allergic to Amphotericin B, and/or any other ingredients of this medicine.
OTHERS
LAMBIN LYOPHILISED 50 MG INJECTION is not recommended for use if you:
- have common/superficial, clinically inapparent fungal infections (which are detectable only by positive skin/serologic tests)
Before receiving LAMBIN LYOPHILISED 50 MG INJECTION, inform your doctor if you:
- suffer from neutropenia (condition marked by low count of neutrophils)
Use in Pediatrics:
LAMBIN LYOPHILISED 50 MG INJECTION should be used with caution in children and adolescents (aged below 18 years). Consult your doctor before child receives the medicine.
Use in Geriatrics:
LAMBIN LYOPHILISED 50 MG INJECTION should be used with caution in elderly patients (aged above 65 years). Consult your doctor before receiving LAMBIN LYOPHILISED 50 MG INJECTION
