HOW MYOSONE SR TABLET WORKS

MYOSONE
SR TABLET works by blocking the voltage-gated sodium channel in the
brain stem. As a result, it stops nerve signals and aids in the
relaxation of muscles.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Take
MYOSONE SR TABLET as advised by your physician. Swallow the medicine
with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the medicine. Your physician
will decide the correct dose, frequency, and duration of management for
you depending upon your age, body weight, and disease condition.

SIDE EFFECTS OF MYOSONE SR TABLET

COMMON

weakness, light-headedness, fatigue
sleepiness, insomnia, headache
nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation, and thirst

RARE

Stop taking MYOSONE SR TABLET and contact your doctor immediately if you experience any of the following side effects:

HOW TO MANAGE SIDE EFFECTS

Nausea, vomiting:

Take this medicine with or just after the meal. Stick to simple meals. Avoid eating oily or spicy foods.

Headache:

Rest
and relax. Drink plenty of fluids such as water or electrolytes and
apply a pain-relieving balm to the head if necessary. Do not consume
alcohol. Contact your doctor if your symptom worsens or persists.

Diarrhoea:

Drink
lots of fluids, such as water or fruit juices, to keep you hydrated. Do
not take any medicine on your own to manage diarrhoea. Contact your
doctor if your symptom worsens or persists.

Constipation:

Eat
plenty of fiber-rich foods such as fresh fruits and vegetables,
cereals, and drink water. Exercise regularly. Contact your doctor if
your symptom worsens or persists.

Stomach pain:

Try
to rest and relax. Eat small meals but take them frequently. Keep a
heating pad on your stomach to ease the pain. Contact your doctor if the
symptom does not improve.

Dizziness:

Try
to rest and relax. Get enough sleep. Avoid driving or operating
machines if you feel dizzy. Contact your doctor if your symptom worsens
or persists.
