Powerflam MR Tablet is a combination of a muscle relaxant (Chlorzoxazone) and two pain-relieving medicines (Diclofenac and Paracetamol). The pain-relieving medicines work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
