Introduction About THRIOSHOT DS KIT
THRIOSHOT DS KIT contains a combination of Clomiphene, Acetylcysteine and Astaxanthin which belongs to the group of medicines called Ovulatory stimulant, Mucolytic and Antioxidant respectively. It is used to manage infertility (inability to get pregnant) resulting from ovulatory dysfunction (problems with release of an egg), Polycystic ovary syndrome (hormonal disorder causing infrequent or prolonged menstrual periods).
THRIOSHOT DS KIT is also used to manage infertility due to Amenorrhea-galactorrhea syndrome (characterized by the over-production of breast milk (galactorrhea), lack of ovulation (anovulation) and the absence of regular menstrual periods (amenorrhea) and Psychogenic amenorrhea (absence of menstruation due to hypothalamic dysfunction or stress related).
THRIOSHOT DS KIT is not recommended for use in patients with bronchial asthma, liver disease. Consult your doctor before taking it.

How THRIOSHOT DS KIT Works
THRIOSHOT DS KIT is a combination of Clomiphene, Acetylcysteine and Astaxanthin which helps to manage female infertility where clomiphene helps in the production and development of healthy eggs in women. This improves fertility in women and increases the chance of a successful pregnancy in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) who experience infertility. Astaxanthin is an antioxidant and reduces damage to egg cells, improves egg quality and thus enhances fertility. Acetylcysteine has some beneficial impacts on endometrial thickness and helps to improve the ovulation and pregnancy rates.
How to use THRIOSHOT DS KIT
Take THRIOSHOT DS KIT as advised by your physician. Swallow the medicine with water. Do not crush or chew the medicine. Your doctor will decide the right dose and duration depending on your age, body weight and disease condition.
Side Effects Of THRIOSHOT DS KIT
Rare
Stop taking THRIOSHOT DS KIT and contact your doctor immediately if you experience any of the following side effects:
- shock (severe drop in blood pressure, paleness, restlessness, weak pulse, clammy skin, decreased consciousness) due to widening of blood vessels because of severe allergic reactions
- signs of an allergic reaction such as skin rash, itching, swelling of your lips, face, throat or tongue causing swallowing or breathing problems, cold clammy skin, palpitations, dizziness, weakness or fainting
- signs of a stroke such as numbness, weakness or paralysis on one side of your body, slurred speech, sudden blurred vision, confusion or unsteadiness
- over-stimulation of the ovary causing pain in the pelvis, stomach, swelling or feeling bloated, passing less urine, difficulty in breathing or an increase in weight
- blurring of vision or spots or flashes in front of the eyes
- liver problems include yellowish discoloration of eyes or skin (jaundice)
- sudden and severe headaches
- mental illness such as ‘psychosis’
How To Manage Side Effects
Skin rash Or Itching
Avoid hot bath because hot water can irritate your skin further. Do not scratch the affected area. Use sunscreen and wear protective clothing while going outside. Use unscented moisturizers to soothe and hydrate the affected area. Contact your doctor if your rashes worsen.

Allergy

Do not take THRIOSHOT DS KIT if you are allergic to Clomiphene, Acetylcysteine, Astaxanthin or any other ingredients of this medicine.
Lungs

THRIOSHOT DS KIT is not recommended for use in patients with bronchial asthma. Consult your doctor before taking it.
Others
THRIOSHOT DS KIT is not recommended for use if you have:
- unusual menstrual bleeding with unknown cause
- a type of cancer that is worsened by hormones
Before taking THRIOSHOT DS KIT, inform your doctor if you have:
- early menopause or have been told you are infertile
- stopped having periods because you are underweight
- had fits or seizures in the past
- ovarian cysts (except those from polycystic ovary syndrome)
- fibroids in your womb
- a pituitary tumor
- thyroid disease
- adrenal disease
- hypertriglyceridemia (an excess of fats in the blood) or a family history of hypertriglyceridemia
- intolerance to certain sugars

THRIOSHOT DS KIT is not recommended for use in children and adolescents below 18 years of age. Consult your doctor before taking THRIOSHOT DS KIT.
Interactions
A. Drug-Drug interactions:
Before taking THRIOSHOT DS KIT, inform your doctor if you are taking any of the following medicine:
- nitroglycerine (used to manage chest pain)
- activated charcoal (used to manage travelers disease)
- cough suppressants (used to suppress cough) Ex. promethazine
- antibiotics (medicines used to manage bacterial infections) Ex. eythromycin
Overdosage:
If you or anyone else accidentally take too much of THRIOSHOT DS KIT, consult your doctor immediately or visit the nearby hospital. Symptoms of overdose include over-stimulation of the ovary causing pain in the pelvis, stomach, swelling or feeling bloated, passing less urine, difficulty in breathing or an increase in weight. Other effects include nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.
