Introduction About THROMBOPHOB OINTMENT

Thrombophob
Ointment is an Anticoagulant, used as a topical management for
thrombophlebitis (swelling of a vein due to blood clot), superficial
thrombosis, acute tendovaginitis, and superficial bruises and for
acceleration of absorption of hematoma. It contains Heparin Sodium and
Benzyl Nicotinate as an active ingredients.

Heparin Sodium is an
Anticoagulant and inhibits clot formation, promotes breakdown of clots
and helps absorption of superficial micro clots. Benzyl nicotinate works
by increasing the blood flow and increases the local absorption of
heparin. Thus, it promotes healing and relives pain.
