NTRODUCTION ABOUT ACCECLOMAX MR TABLET
ACCECLOMAX MR TABLET
is used to manage muscular pains and spasms. It can also be used to
provide relief from joint pain (Ex. osteoarthritis and rheumatoid
arthritis) and back pain (Ex. ankylosing spondylitis). It is a
combination of Aceclofenac, Chlorzoxazone, and Paracetamol, which belong
to the group of medicines called Analgesics and Muscle relaxants,
respectively.Â
Chlorzoxazone acts by increasing the effects of
certain chemical messengers (such as GABA) in the brain and spinal cord
that induce muscle relaxation. As a result, it manages muscle twitching,
relieves pain caused by muscle spasms, and improves muscle movement.
Aceclofenac and paracetamol work by blocking the release of certain
chemicals (such as prostaglandins) in the body that cause pain,
inflammation, and swelling. Collectively, these actions help reduce
muscle spasms, joint pain, and inflammation.
Take ACCECLOMAX MR
TABLET, preferably with meals, to avoid gut irritation. Avoid consuming
alcohol, as it could aggravate the risk of stomach problems. Do not take
ACCECLOMAX MR TABLET if you have any ulcers, bleeding, or perforations
in the gut.
Before taking ACCECLOMAX MR TABLET, inform your
doctor if you have any liver, kidney, or heart problems. You must also
inform your doctor if you have diabetes, hypertension, high blood
cholesterol, any inflammation in the bowel or intestines, blood clots,
bleeding problems, or a previous history of stomach ulcers.
ACCECLOMAX
MR TABLET is not recommended for use in patients with liver failure or
stroke. It is also not suitable for use by pregnant or breastfeeding
women. The most common side effects of taking ACCECLOMAX MR TABLET are
nausea, vomiting, indigestion, heartburn, and stomach pain. Consult your
doctor if any of these side effects worsen.

HOW ACCECLOMAX MR TABLET WORKS
ACCECLOMAX
MR TABLET contains three medicines, namely Chlorzoxazone, Aceclofenac,

the brain and spinal cord that induce muscle relaxation. As a result, it
manages muscle twitching, relieves pain caused by muscle spasms, and
improves muscle movement.
Aceclofenac and paracetamol are
analgesic agents. They provide pain relief by blocking the release of
certain chemicals (such as prostaglandins) in the body that cause pain,
inflammation, and swelling. Collectively, these actions help reduce
muscle spasms, joint pain, and inflammation.

HOW TO MANAGE SIDE EFFECTS

Constipation
Increase
fiber intake through fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Stay
hydrated by drinking plenty of water. Maintain regular meal times and
avoid skipping meals. Exercise regularly to promote bowel movements.
Establish a bathroom routine and avoid ignoring the urge to go. Avoid
processed foods and prioritize probiotic-rich foods for gut health.
Consult your doctor if constipation persists.

Diarrhea
Drink
plenty of clear fluids, like water, diluted fruit juices, or oral
rehydration solutions, to stay hydrated. Avoid caffeinated or alcoholic
beverages, as they can worsen dehydration. Gradually take bland,
low-fiber foods like bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast to help firm
up stools. Probiotics, found in yogurt or supplements, may help restore
the balance of gut bacteria. Practice good hand hygiene to prevent the
spread of infection. Consult your doctor if diarrhea worsens.

Dizziness Or Drowsiness
Ensure
proper hydration, as dehydration can cause dizziness. Avoid excessive
caffeine, alcohol, and high-sodium foods, which can exacerbate symptoms.
Engage in physical therapy or vestibular rehabilitation exercises
designed to improve balance and reduce dizziness. Move slowly when
changing positions, such as standing up or lying down, to avoid
triggering dizziness. Practice relaxation techniques such as deep
breathing, meditation, or yoga to manage stress, which can contribute to
dizziness. Consult your doctor if dizziness persists.

Mouth Ulcers
Avoid
eating spicy foods. Drink plenty of water. Apply a pain-relieving gel
to the affected areas of the mouth if required. Consult your doctor if
the symptom does not improve.

Nausea And Vomiting
Stay
hydrated with small sips of clear fluids like water, ginger ale, or
electrolyte solutions. Avoid consuming large meals; instead, opt for
bland, easy-to-digest foods. Ginger, peppermint, or chamomile tea may
help soothe the stomach. Rest in a comfortable position, preferably with
your head elevated, to ease symptoms. Consult your doctor if nausea and
vomiting persist.

Skin Rash Or Itching
Keep
the affected area clean and dry and avoid scratching to prevent further
irritation or infection. Apply calamine lotion to help reduce itching
and inflammation. Applying cool compresses and wearing loose, breathable
clothing can also provide relief. If the rash persists, consult your
doctor.
