HOW TO MANAGE SIDE EFFECTS

Constipation
Managing constipation involves adopting lifestyle changes and dietary habits to promote regular bowel movements. Ensure an adequate intake of fiber by including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes in your diet. Stay well-hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day, as dehydration can contribute to constipation. Regular physical activity can also stimulate bowel movements, so try to incorporate exercise into your routine. If these measures don’t provide relief, consider over-the-counter fiber supplements or consult with a healthcare professional for further evaluation and guidance. They may recommend specific medications or address any underlying medical conditions contributing to constipation.

Nausea And Vomiting
Take ACILOC 150MG TABLET with or after meals. Stay hydrated by sipping on clear fluids throughout the day, and consider consuming small, bland meals to manage an empty stomach. Ginger, whether in the form of tea or ginger candies, is known for its anti-nausea properties and can be helpful. Rest in a comfortable position, and practice deep breathing or meditation to relax. If nausea persists or worsens, consult with a healthcare professional for further evaluation and guidance.
