Alex Cough Lozenges Sugar Free is an antitussive medicine. It is used for the treatment of dry cough. It helps by reducing the activity of the cough center in the brain.

This medicine is taken by mouth with or without food. You should take it in a proper dose and duration as advised by the doctor.
