- have or had any illness affecting the nervous system within 7 days after previous vaccination with a vaccine against pertussis (whooping cough) disease
- have severe infection with a high temperature
- have any medical conditions like infantile spasms, uncontrolled epilepsy or progressive encephalopathy (disease of brain)
- have breathing difficulty
- have immune deficiency condition
- have bleeding problem
