FENSUPP
100 SUPPOSITORIES is a pain-relieving medicine. It is used in the
management of post-operative pain and inflammation (including minor
dental surgery) in adults. It can also be used in pain management
associated with arthritis and bone fractures.

It contains a medicine called diclofenac which
is a powerful analgesic and anti-inflammatory agent. Upon insertion the
suppository into the rectum, it dissolves and gets absorbed into the
systemic circulation to exert its pain-relieving actions. It works
faster than the oral route of administration. Fensupp 100 is the better
choice in non-compliance to oral medication. Fensupp 100 is effective
alternative in geriatric and post-operative patients.

Wash your
hands before handling the suppository. Gently insert the pointed end of
the suppository into the rectum. Push it in about half an inch to an
inch using your finger. Always follow your healthcare provider’s
instructions regarding dosage and frequency.

Before taking this
medicine, inform your doctor if you have any stomach problems, bloody
vomits or passes bloody stools, asthma, liver, kidney or heart problems
as a precaution.

100 SUPPOSITORIES contains a medicine called diclofenac works by
blocking the production of certain chemicals in the body called

and swelling. By reducing these chemicals, diclofenac helps relieve pain
and reduce inflammation, making it effective for conditions like
post-surgery pain, fever or injury. The suppository form allows it to be
absorbed through the rectum for systemic pain relief.

How to use FENSUPP 100 SUPPOSITORIES

  • Ensure your hands are clean before handling the suppository.
  • Lie down on your back with knees gently pulled toward their chest.
  • Use a small amount of water-based lubricant or petroleum jelly to moisten the tip of the suppository for easier insertion.
  • Gently
    insert the pointed end of the suppository into the rectum. Push it in
    about half an inch to an inch using your finger. Be gentle and avoid
    forcing it.
  • Hold the back together for a few minutes to prevent the suppository from coming out.
