Your doctor will instruct you on how often to use your inhaler. The effects of Iprazest Respules (3ml Each) may be noticeable after a few days but usually reach their maximum after a few weeks. Use it regularly for the best results. Continue using it even if you do not have any symptoms, for as long as it is prescribed. This medicine should not be used to relieve sudden shortness of breath. If sudden shortness of breath occurs, use your rescue inhaler instead.
The most common side effects include dry mouth, cough, tremor, headache, palpitations, muscle cramps, and sometimes shortness of breath. You can help prevent some of these effects by rinsing your mouth and throat with water or brushing your teeth after using your inhaler. Other, rarer side effects may be serious. Talk to your doctor if you are worried about them.
