INTRODUCTION ABOUT MANFORCE 50MG TABLET
MANFORCE 50MG TABLET contains Sildenafil, which belongs to the group of medicines called Phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5) inhibitors. It helps in relaxing the blood vessels and allows more blood flow to the penis.
Avoid taking heavy meals while taking MANFORCE 50MG TABLET, as it could delay the onset of action. Before taking MANFORCE 50MG TABLET, inform your doctor if you have any liver, kidney, or heart problems. You must also inform your doctor if you have pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and are taking medications.
MANFORCE 50MG TABLET is not intended for use in women. It is also not suitable for use in children and adolescents (below 18 years). Inform your doctor if you experience any pain after taking MANFORCE 50MG TABLET. The most common side effects of taking MANFORCE 50MG TABLET are flushing, headache, dizziness, blurred vision, and muscle pain. Consult your doctor if any of the side effects trouble you.
USES OF MANFORCE 50MG TABLET
It is used to:

HOW MANFORCE 50MG TABLET WORKS
MANFORCE 50MG TABLET works by blocking the effects of certain enzymes (PDE5), which limits blood flow to the penis. Therefore, it relaxes the blood vessels supplying the penis and improves blood flow and oxygen supply.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Take MANFORCE 50MG TABLET as advised by your physician. Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration of therapy for you depending upon your age, body weight, and disease condition.
For Tablet, Capsule:Â Swallow the medicine with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the medicine.
For Effervescent Tablet:Â Dissolve the medicine in a glass of water and then consume it immediately. Do not crush or chew the medicine.
For Oral Spray:Â Spray the medicine beneath the tongue.
For Oral strips or Oral jelly: Place the medicine inside the mouth until it dissolves on its own. Do not swallow, crush, or chew the medicine.

Stop taking MANFORCE 50MG TABLET and contact your doctor immediately if you experience any of the following side effects, such as:
- Severe allergic reaction (such as wheeziness, difficulty breathing or dizziness, swelling of the face, lips, eyelids, or throat)
- Priapism
- Chest pain
- Severe skin reactions (blistering of skin around the mouth, genitals, or eyes, severe peeling and swelling of skin along with fever)
- Fits or seizures
HOW TO MANAGE SIDE EFFECTS
Dizziness Or Drowsiness
Try to rest and relax. Get enough sleep. Avoid driving or operating any tools or machines completely while you are feeling dizzy. Do not consume excessive alcohol, as it could aggravate your dizziness. Consult your doctor if your dizziness worsens.
Headache
Rest and relax. Keep yourself hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids, such as water or electrolytes. Applying a pain-relieving balm on your forehead can be beneficial. Do not consume excessive alcohol, as it could aggravate your headache. Consult your doctor if your headache worsens.
Nausea And Vomiting
Take MANFORCE 50MG TABLET with or just after meals. Stick to simple meals. Avoid eating oil-rich or spicy foods. Consult your doctor if your vomiting worsens.

DRIVING AND USING MACHINES

ALCOHOL

KIDNEY
Use with Caution
MANFORCE 50MG TABLET should be used with caution in patients with kidney diseases. Therefore, consult your doctor before taking it.
LIVER

MANFORCE 50MG TABLET is not recommended for use in patients having severe liver diseases. It should be used with caution in patients with other minor liver problems. Therefore, consult your doctor before taking it.
ALLERGY

OTHERS
MANFORCE 50MG TABLET is not recommended for use if you:
- Have any type of rare inherited eye disease
- Previously had vision loss due to non-arteritic anterior ischaemic optic neuropathy (nerve damage caused by a lack of blood and oxygen supply to the eye)
Before taking MANFORCE 50MG TABLET, inform your doctor if you:
- Have sickle cell Anaemia
- Have cancers of the blood (leukemia) or bone marrow (multiple myeloma)
- Have penile deformation
- Have Peyronie’s disease
- Have a stomach ulcer or bleeding disorder such as haemophilia
INTERACTIONS
A. Drug-Drug interactions:
Before taking MANFORCE 50MG TABLET, inform your doctor if you are taking any of the following medicines, such as:
- Nitrates or amyl nitrites (used to relieve chest pain) Ex. nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate
- Protease inhibitors (used for infection) Ex. ritonavir, lopinavir
- Other medicines used for prostate problems or blood pressure, such as alpha blockers (Ex. silodosin, doxazosin),
- Riociguat (a medicine used for increased pressure in the lungs)
B. Drug-Food Interactions:
Avoid taking MANFORCE 50MG TABLET with heavy meals, as it may take longer time for MANFORCE 50MG TABLET to start working.
Overdosage:
If you or anyone else accidentally took more MANFORCE 50MG TABLET, consult your doctor or visit the nearby hospital.
