OPTIVE EYE DROPS contains Carboxymethylcellulose, which belongs to the group of medicines called Topical ophthalmic lubricants. It is used to manage dryness of the eye due to exposure to wind or sun and following a laser or cataract eye surgery. It is also used to protect the eyes from further irritation. The symptoms may include discomfort, irritation, burning, a foreign body sensation in the eye, etc.

Always use OPTIVE EYE DROPS as advised by your doctor. It is for ophthalmic use only. Instill a few drops of the medicine into the eye as advised by your doctor.

HOW TO MANAGE SIDE EFFECTS

Apply a cold compress to the affected area. A cool compress applied to your closed eyes several times a day will help lessen redness and swelling.
